Laura Ajlouny joined the Habbas firm in 2016 after 18 years with the Law Offices of Conrad M. Corbett in San Francisco where she exclusively practiced personal injury law, and was instrumental in representing the most seriously injured claimants in the San Bruno PG&E pipeline explosion cases which resulted in a multi-million dollar settlement for the burn victims and their families. Prior to that, she worked with the national personal injury law firm of Jacoby & Meyers in San Francisco as a litigation attorney where she gained extensive and invaluable experience litigating automobile, trucking and motorcycle accidents, premises liability, public entity claims, professional negligence, construction site injuries as well as product liability claims.
Laura graduated from U.C. Berkeley in 1986 with a double major in English and Political Science. She spent the year following graduation teaching a course in the Peace and Conflict Studies Department at Cal. She then attended law school at University of California, Hastings College of the Law and earned her J.D. in 1990. She was admitted to the California Bar in 1991. She is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of California and the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association.
Laura has been married for the past 30 years to her wonderful husband, Abe, and has a son and a daughter who endlessly delight her. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking with her dog on the gorgeous trails along the San Mateo coast, reading, cooking, spending time with her large extended family, playing flute in a community band and singing alto in the Skyline Concert Choir.
