She has extensive trial experience and represents clients across a wide range of personal injury matters, approaching each case with thorough preparation, strategic analysis, and a readiness to take a case to trial when necessary. She is committed to helping her clients obtain the best possible outcome and guiding them through the legal process with clarity and confidence.

Before representing injured plaintiffs, Angela spent many years as a defense attorney for Farmers Insurance and The Hartford. That experience gives her a practical understanding of how insurers evaluate, defend, and attempt to minimize claims. She uses that insight to anticipate defense strategies and position her cases for maximum recovery. As the firm’s Supervising Litigation Attorney, Angela leads the San Jose litigation team, overseeing case strategy, mentoring attorneys, and helping ensure that each matter is handled efficiently and thoroughly from filing through resolution.

Leadership in the Legal Community

Angela has remained deeply involved in the legal community throughout her career. She is a past President of the Santa Clara County Trial Lawyers Association and currently serves on its Board of Directors.

She is also a former Chair of both the Civil Practice Committee and Law Related Education Committee of the Santa Clara County Bar Association, and currently serves as a member of the Civil Practice Committee.

Mentorship and Education

Angela is passionate about sharing her knowledge of the law with younger generations. For many years, she coordinated and led the Santa Clara County High School Mock Trial program for the Santa Clara County Bar Association.

This program gives high school students the opportunity to step into real courtrooms and present cases before judges and attorneys, helping them develop confidence, critical thinking, and an understanding of the legal system.

In addition to her work as a trial attorney, Angela regularly serves as an early neutral evaluator, arbitrator, private mediator, and Mandatory Settlement Conference Attorney for the Santa Clara County Superior Court.
